Dear Pat,
The best way I can say thank you for my new 3-season room is to share with you how I'm already enjoying it:
Early in the morning I sip my coffee, watching the birds just a few feet away jockeying for position at the bird feeder and taking turns splashing in the bird bath. This morning I saw a momma bird feed her baby!
The frequent storms have been quite an experience as I stand in the midst of them yet stay dry. Seeing and hearing the rain and the wind all around me is exhilarating and awesome.
My dog Bo loves to lie in the sun. Now he can do that "inside" and safe from mosquitos.
My dog Thumper loves going for walks, but old age and arthritis make it difficult for her to get around. The sunroom has provided her a wonderful place to enjoy watching the chipmunks, bunnies and birds. I like to think it helps her not miss her walks so much.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner taste so much better sitting in front of my yard rather than a TV.
Late at nite, I curl up with a soft light, a good book and a blanket and read while the sounds of the nite surround me.
When I first contacted you, my thought was to screen in an existing porch/deck. You told me that could be done but offered me other options. Though deciding on a 3-season room cost more financially, it has been priceless for my soul!
You should know too that your people, both in the office and on-site, were always professional yet friendly, competent and capable. Working with your company was a positive experience. Thank you for my new room and all it is giving me.

We would like to take this opportunity to say many thanks to Betterliving Midwest Company for doing a great job on our sunroom.
First, we want to thank Pat Kinane. Pat is a friendly and knowledgeable person. The information he presented to us on the company, material, and building instructions was very honest and clear. Pat is always open for questions and concerns and any suggestions that we may have during the process.
Second, we want to thank Jim (project manager). Jim handled our sunroom project very well. He always kept us informed of what was going on during the building process. He let us know what they planned to do on that day, what progess was made at the end of the day, and what he planned to do next. We felt very comfortable asking questions or making suggestions. Jim handled our questions, concerns and the overall sunroom project very professionally.
Next, we want to thank the crew members. They all have professional skills. We enjoyed watching them build our sunroom from the beginning to the end.
Last, to the office people. Thanks everyone for handling all paperwork and phone calls with the village of Schaumburg, and for keeping us up to date on schedules and progress.
